Chelsea Perino graduated with an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Linguistics from NYU and Masters Degree in Public and Organisational Relations with a focus on digital communications and brand strategy. After a solo 4 year trip around the world, she then spent the next 4 years leading digital strategies for global brands such as Pernod Ricard and Samsung, both in New York City and Seoul, South Korea, and now is the head of Global Marketing for The Executive Centre, a premium flexible workspace provider with a presence in 34 cities across APAC.

She is an adjunct professor and published author, a regular guest speaker at corporate real estate and marketing industry conferences, is the Co-Head of the Urban Land Institute’s Women In Leadership Initiative, the Chair for the American Chamber of Commerce’s Women of Influence committee, a Board Member for TALK Hong Kong, and also is on the Advisory Board for the ReThink Foundation, The MarTech Summit, and The Hybrid Future project by the Leesman Index.

In 2023, Chelsea was named one of the ARES Power Women at the annual PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit in Bangkok, Thailand.
