David’s over two-decade long career started in Washington D.C., representing Asian governments and trade associations and then managing investor relations programs for NYSE and NASDAQ listed technology and basic manufacturing companies in New York. After returning to Asia, David served as head of communications for one of the region’s largest listed infrastructure conglomerates and most recently led Asia-wide communications for the global Fortune 200 infrastructure provider, AECOM.

David is the founder of SAMVADA, a newly established, Singapore-headquartered, Asian-focused infrastructure and technology communications consultancy.
