Diep Do is the Operations Officer leading IFC’s green and resilient building initiatives across Cambodia, Laos PDR, Thailand, and Vietnam. Based in Vietnam, Diep spearheads the promotion and implementation of the EDGE green building certification and the Building Resilience Index (BRI) — a pioneering tool designed to assess and enhance climate resilience in the built environment.

With over a decade of experience in sustainable development, Diep has advised on green and resilience strategies for property developments in Vietnam, Thailand, China, and Mongolia. Her work bridges technical innovation and policy advancement, helping shape a more climate-resilient construction sector in Asia.
