Jael Fischer leads Six Senses’ brand including branded residences expansion across the Asia‑Pacific – from India and Southeast Asia to Japan and New Zealand. With over 13 years of global hospitality experience across four continents – including five years in Development at IHG Hotels & Resorts –she brings deep expertise in development strategy, corporate finance, business analytics and hotel advisory (feasibility, market research, asset management, owner representation).

Jael is a graduate of EHL Hospitality Business School (BSc with Honours, specialising in Corporate & Real Estate Finance) and holder of Cornell’s Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management.

Originally from Switzerland, Jael speaks English, Spanish, German and French. Her multicultural upbringing across several countries has instilled in her a passion for travel, connecting with diverse people and exploring different cultures.

A strong commitment to wellness and sustainability made joining Six Senses a natural fit for Jael.
