I am Founder and CEO of InvestaCrowd, a capital markets licensed online real estate investment platform HQ in Singapore, with 18 years of experience traveling, living and working in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia & USA. I am a massive proponent of alternative and online investing, specifically for real estate as well as all things changing the way we invest and do business.

In 2000 in Shanghai, I co-founded the Mailman Group (recently taking investment from Wecapital and Wesai). In 2006, I co-founded Space Development, expanded into the Space Group, a real estate investment and development business. In 2007 I built, operated & then sold China’s leading boutique property and China/Asia’s 1st Carbon Neutral hotel, URBN hotels.

I also signed hotel deals with Wanda, Wanke and Chengtou the largest real estate developers in the world. I am also an early investor in Element Fresh a leading food group in China. I invest my own family capital and maintain advisory roles with multi-family offices investing into real estate and Proptech through my holding company 2H Capital, and am an EIR (Entrepreneur in Residence) at INSEAD SG campus. Born in Sydney Australia holding degrees in Real Estate Development/Construction Management from University of New South Wales Australia, Mandarin from Beijing Language and Cultural University and CRO (Chief Representative Officer) of InvestaCrowd’s Capital Markets License from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
