Leanne Reddie is a seasoned commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in the luxury resort, hotel, and airline sector, covering every aspect from hotel development to operations, sales, marketing, and distribution.

Throughout her career, she has held numerous leadership roles within esteemed luxury brands, including AZERAI, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Emirates Airline, Jumeirah, The Siam, Trisara Phuket, Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia, and Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

As an Australian, Leanne has had the opportunity to live and work in various countries including Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Thailand. My academic qualifications include a Master of Business from Murdoch University, along with specialised certification in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University, and the completion of the Chief Strategy Officer program at the National University of Singapore.

Recognised as an authority in my field, she has been honoured with invitations to speak at hospitality, tourism, and hotel technology forums across the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.
