Mohd. Salem Kailany, is the Chief Executive Officer of PNB Development Sdn. Berhad (PNBD). He assumed the role in March 2016.

Prior to this, En Salem was Senior Vice President in Sime Darby Property Berhad from November 2007 until February 2016. As the Senior Vice President, En Salem played a significant leadership role and successfully launched projects such as Denai Alam (Shah Alam), Bandar Ainsdale (Seremban), Bandar Universiti Pagoh (Muar) and Serenia City (Sepang). Overall project management value under him was RM140 billion with additional 260 billion under master planned project known as Malaysian Vision Valley (MVV). He also oversaw Master Plan, Township Management, Marketing, Branding and Corporate Communications of each township, while driving revenue.

He has accumulated 25 years’ experience in the Property Industry covering Real Estate Valuation, Project Advisory, Property Development, Project Management, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Salem Kailany graduated with an Advance Diploma in Estate Management from UiTM in 1992 and is a Harvard Business School Alumni by virtue of his participation in the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP) in 2013.
