Phonpimol Pathomsak is currently a mentor to several startups and fintech advisor to corporations. She was a former CEO of Refinn International Dot Com Company Limited, a leading online home financing platform in Thailand. Being at the forefront of the country’s development of Fintech industry, Phonpimol spearheaded the company from early stage to rapid growth phase.

Phonpimol has had more than 20 years experience in several Fortune 500 companies predominantly in retail banking specializing in real estate sector, working as a rising star at Citibank (Thailand), managing the largest loan portfolio at GE Money Thailand, and lastly following her Thai-Chinese heritage to serve as General Manager of Personal Credit at Bank of China in Thailand to set up its new mortgage loan division.

In addition to her professional life, Phonpimol has been relentlessly active in giving back to her community. She has published a best seller pocket book in personal finance, “Happy despite in Debt”. In addition to her various community service, Phonpimol is well-regarded as a thought leader in real estate finance and Fintech. She has served as guest lecturers in various forums namely RECU program by Chulalongkorn University, Thammasart University, as well as regular spots in Money Channel TV and Money Shot radio program.

Her family’s holding company invested and operate in businesses that range from financial services, property development, tourism, hotels, and exports.

Phonpimol received her Bachelor of Science in Business management from Boston University Questrom School of Business and earned her M.B.A. from Bentley University, Massachusetts, USA.
