Versatile and with above average cross functional mobility Pradeep Moraes has had a career that over 40 years has spanned a wide spectrum of industries .

FMCGs, Aviation, Advertising, Automobiles, Industrial Marketing, Communications & Broadcasting, Security and Property Development are some of these areas and over 25 years of this varied exposure has been with Senior Management or CEO responsibility.

Moraes was Head of Sales and Marketing of the John Keells Property sector for 10 years, joined Indocean Developers ( Pvt) Ltd as President Sales & Marketing in 2013 , and was appointed to the Board of Indocean as its sole Sri Lankan Director in 2015.

Career Highlights in Property Development;

· Being influential in reshaping the composition of John Keells Development of Monarch from a Condotel concept with around 70% one bedroomed apartments, to one that was demand and market driven and which sold out within a year. Significantly with very low appetite for single room units.

· Proposed the change of John Keells On Three 20 from original concept of four, 30 storied Towers to present structure of Three, 37 storied Towers with considerable enhancement to ventilation, light, livability and overall ambiance.

· Being part and parcel of an Epic, Game Changing Development such as Altair – one that will surely serve as the Picture Post card image for Sri Lanka.

· Being within a Team of dedicated professionals in the CDASL striving to represent and further Industry and stake holder interests.

He is presently the Chairman of the Condominium Developers Association of Sri Lanka.
