In real estate sector, “Green Building” is a Priority for IFC. Green Buildings Market Transformation Program (GBMTP) is IFC’s holistic strategy to steer construction in rapidly urbanising economies onto lower-carbon path in alignment with Global Standards through simulation software tool and an internationally recognised green building certification system, EDGE (Excellent Design for Greater Efficiency).
