Saowarin Chanprakaisi (Rin) brings over 20 years of experience spanning business development, asset management, consulting, and investment. She is Vice President of Business Development at The Ascott Limited, where she leads the rollout of branded residences across key markets, drives growth in Cambodia, Laos and Thailand.

Previously, Rin was Senior Director of Development at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she delivered strong expansion in Thailand, securing 43 deals totaling 9,200 keys and introducing flagship brands such as Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok and Sindhorn Midtown, the first Vignette Collection hotel in Asia.

She has also held senior roles at C9 Hotelworks and the Boutique Group of Companies, bringing a wealth of expertise in hospitality consulting, asset management, and business strategy.

Rin holds a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
