Stefan Rafael is Co-founder and Head of Technology at One to One Displays based in Melbourne Australia and has lead the integration of cutting edge technology to provide an immersive solution to understanding sizing and scale when it comes to construction. Stefan’s vision was to design a facility that would have the ability to provide an all immersive and human centred experience. He was instrumental in the design, installation and integration of the facility as well as the constant and ongoing growth and strategy to build on this concept and develop it further to make it available everywhere through the digitisation of various functions.

Stefan’s experience spans 15 years and began in the electrical and security space which quickly developed into Audio Visual and automation. Stefan went on to Project Managing high end bespoke homes working with Urban Intelligence by Nuvo Group where he managed the integration of home automation solutions. This experience led him to Push Controls, now known as Push by Schneider Electric, where he worked as an Automation Programmer.

Following that, he moved into the commercial sector working with leading unified communication integrators in Melbourne as a Project Manager in an Audio Visual and Video Conference capacity. Most notably for 2 major clients which involved a full building refresh for over 400 AV & VC spaces per building. This work continued abroad with Stefan designing and managing the AV & VC install and integration for a new head office overseas. His work also included the design of class leading corporate event spaces with presentation, videoconferencing and broadcasting capabilities.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Flinders University (SA, Australia) and an Advanced Diploma in Electronic Engineering from TAFE SA (SA, Australia), has a profound interest in sustainability and how we can enrich our lives & work with the involvement of technology.
