Terry manages premium and industry-leading products and services – including the Asia Property Awards (covering 17 Asia-Pacific markets), Property Report (a regional print and online publication), and the Asia Real Estate Summit (a C-suite conference platform).

He oversees day-to-day operations and continues to drive growth and expansion to key emerging markets across Asia.

Prior to joining PropertyGuru, Terry was one of the founding partners of Ensign Media in 2003 and the founding editor of Property Report magazine that launched in 2004. He oversaw the magazine’s expansion to become Asia’s leading media platform for luxury real estate, architecture and design.

Committed to Asia’s most vibrant and exciting emerging markets, in 2005 he launched Thailand’s biggest real estate awards programme that has evolved into the highly successful Asia Property Awards series. With nine annual gala dinners in Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia and Sri Lanka, each event hosts up to 600 senior industry stalwarts and VIPs.
