After years working in the media and advertising industries, Tom established his own award-winning agency, Treacle. Founded in Hong Kong, Treacle then expanded into Sydney with great success and has since opened its third studio, Treacle Bangkok.

Since founding Treacle, Tom has led international creative teams in the creation of stunning animation, film and interactive campaigns for leading multinational clients, such as; Marriott International, Hyatt, Amercian Express, Calvin Klein and BBC.
