Vikram Kohli joined CBRE in 2001 and is currently Regional Managing Director, South East Asia, based out of Singapore. Within the South East Asia region, Vikram is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations for CBRE’s non-Singapore South East Asia markets, namely Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Cambodia. Regional shared services responsible for all of South East Asia also has a matrix reporting line into Vikram.

Vikram was most recently, Executive Director, Sales Management, Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for driving an efficient sales management processacross all business lines and geographies in the APAC region. Prior to his Sales Management role, Vikram was Senior Director, Global Transactions where he worked closey with CBRE’s Global Head of Advisory and Transaction Services (Brokerage) to develop and implement a strategic growth plan for this business line across all our regions.

In fulfilling his various roles at CBRE, Vikram has had the opportunity to work in the Delhi, Chicago, Dallas, Hong Kong and Singapore offices. He started his career in India in the Transactions team focusing on occupier advisory and office leasing.
