Marine Novita is the Co-Founder & President Director of MilikiRumah, a Social PropTech data- and AI-powered rent-to-own real estate platform in Indonesia with a mission to empower Indonesia’s underbanked and underserved own their first home. For the past 12 Years she is focusing her time building a Proptech business in Indonesia.

As Co-Founder & President Director, Marine focus on driving forward innovative solutions and fostering strategic growth in the property sector. With over a decade of experience in Indonesia’s property industry and a strong foundation in business development, her work emphasizes sustainable, technology-driven.

Marine has more than 20 years of experience in the online and e-commerce industries, especially in function of commercial, business development and product development, go-to-market, and team management.

Her prior leadership roles are with Rumah.com, PropertyGuru Group and active involvement with the Real Estate Indonesia Association (REI). She has built an extensive network in the property industry and enrich her ability to navigate diverse challenges in Property Industry in Indonesia, collaborate effectively, and deliver impactful results and also creating accessible, scalable, and profitable real estate solutions.
