One must be patient with multiple requests and be willing to provide customers’ needs, all while maintaining proper protocol and hygiene standards.

Hospitality site ResDiary also shared this year’s upcoming trends, predicting a boost in the utilisation of technology, a rise in demand for smaller venues, an increase of 30.1 percent in online bookings, and a decrease of 60 percent in cancellations.
